What is Morning Time with Littles?
Morning Time with Littles is a resource geared toward children ages 18 months to 5 years. It is a wonderful way to start your day with songs and smiles as you learn about the days of the week, weather, moon phases, and more.
(It also adds a touch of structure, perfect for those months when the days all seem to blur together!)
This playful resource includes a coursebook with songs and activities that cover:
- The Days of the Week
- The Months of the Year
- The Seasons
- The Weather
- The Moon Phases
It also includes a calendar, dashboard, and printable cards for visual and hands-on learning.
So, how exactly does it work?
Each morning, you will sing through your calendar, adding the days, months, weather, and more to your dashboard as you do. In addition, you can choose one or two of the activities from the coursebook to build specific academic skills.
Perhaps you focus on the weather for one week, choosing a new weather-related activity each day. Or mix it up and see what your child enjoys! So much learning will unfold right before your eyes every single morning.
What’s included in Morning Time with Littles?
Everything you need to start your day with songs and smiles is included:
- A coursebook filled with song ideas and enrichment activities for each topic: Days of the Week, Months of the Year, Seasons, Weather, and Moon Phases.
- A calendar with printable days of the week and numbers. There are lots of color options to choose from! You might choose to create a pattern (perhaps red, green, red, green for December), create a rainbow, or simply use your child’s favorite color.
- And at the heart of it all, your Morning Time Dashboard! This is where your child will choose cards to add for the weather, seasons, moon phases, special events they’re looking forward to, and more.
