Can you believe Christmas is only 11 days away? How did that happen!! I’m not even close to ready. But I’m taking it all in stride. Everything that needs to get done will get done, and everything else – well if it happens it’s a bonus.

I am excited about a few little traditions that are about to start. One of my favourites is the Christmas books. We wrap 10 Christmas books and put them under the tree, unwrapping one each night to read before bed. It’s lovely and helps calm my wildest one in these ever so exciting days ahead.


This Christmas tree activity has been another hit to help calm my little ones. Quiet bins have been in full swing around these parts. This one has been a nice addition to the rotation. You can read all about it over on Hands on as we Grow.
