I have recently accepted the fact that my children will always suffer from the witching hour. Mostly because I kinda think I still do.
I have been using our Quiet Bins each day during that time period and it has been fantastic. I can prepare dinner in peace, and the children are calm and content. I am writing a book all about our Quiet Bins and it is just about ready (Update: It’s ready! Please check here to read more about A Year of Educational Quiet Bins: The secret to peaceful days at home with kids – I promise you will LOVE it!)
But in the meantime, here is a great idea in case your slightly older little ones need a bit of structure just before dinner – Fork Weaving!
I wrote all about it over on Hands on as we Grow. You can check it out right here.
Thank you for reading! Hope your week is off to a great start friends,
