Ever since my children were teeny tiny — that’s about 16 years —- I have been taping things to our stair risers (the back part of the stairs). Name letters, numbers, sight words, colours, you name it! That way, every single time we go up those stairs we can call out the skills we are practicing, or play a simple game. It is such a nice and easy way to make sure we are learning every single day.
