Quiet Time is Coming …

October 20, 2017 by Sarah Leave a Comment

I have decided it’s time. Time for me to share all that I know about how we transitioned from a chaotic home to a calm one.

Going from chaotic to calm is far easier than you might think.

There was a period of time where I could not even talk on the phone without a meltdown occurring, but now I can schedule completely uninterrupted phone calls (while sipping hot coffee nonetheless!)

Did I realise I had magical powers? Nope. But I did realise the amazing power of Quiet Time.

Quiet Time does not just change the one or two periods of time a day when my little ones are actually taking their Quiet Times. It actually has transformed every single part of our day.

Quiet Time makes kids calmer and happier ALL DAY LONG.

My home is calmer and my kids are happier.

I believe we all have our strengths as Mamas — and my strength? It’s definitely getting little monkeys to take, love and benefit immensely from a Quiet Time.

The why, how, and what of establishing a quiet time in your home

Quiet Time has changed my home in more ways than I can count and I cannot wait to help you establish this blissful part of your day as well.

I have created a 3 part series that will walk you through everything I have learned about Quiet Time over the years. The benefits for children’s brains and bodies, how (on earth!) to establish this magical period of time, and the best activities for true Quiet Time.

This series is right here and ready for you and compliments my eBook A Year or Educational Quiet Bins flawlessly. Read through this series so you can get a feel for how Quiet Time can work for you, and then consider investing $8 in this Quiet Time book to make Quiet Time as simple and blissful as it is meant to be.
