{A photo on Friday, because sometimes all you need is the picture.}
We like to mix things up around here. When the chalkboard is getting a little lonely we mix things up to bring it back to life with some un-chalking (? Hmmm) I use the side of the chalk and cover the chalkboard in a nice coat of chalk
(I used the word chalk 3 times in that one sentence … are you following? Apparently all of my good writing was taken by my new book…) Bare with me, I’m almost to the picture.
Then the kids can take paint brushes wet with a little water and draw pictures in the chalk. This activity is also great for young toddlers who might make a mess of chalk unattended. Little ones can dip the brush on a wet facecloth, and draw beautiful un-chalking pictures!
Thank you for reading friends and Happy Friday!
