This particular activity is making a History Timeline of the Winter Olympics – and it’s much more fun than it sounds!
Did you know that the very first Winter Olympics were held in 1924 in France? Or that women weren’t allowed to compete in speed skating until 1960? As you read, you’ll see just how much the Olympic Games have grown and changed over the years!

Next, cut out the photos from different Winter Olympic moments and decide where each one belongs on the timeline.
