Oh my friends! I have been sitting here trying to write a post to accompany this simple Halloween skeleton craft. Which I have successfully written, and deleted, 3 times now. I just cannot get my thoughts out tonight! A sure fire sign I need to go to bed. But I still wanted to show you this Halloween Skeleton craft Sammy made.
In a nut shell, we:
- painted
- created and talked together about a skeleton and bones using Qtips (a great time to learn new words, and develop language)
- Sammy re-created the skeleton, gluing it on his painting (which was an excellent math activity too)
Whew. It’s not a pretty post, but its all I can give you this evening I’m afraid!
As Albert Einstein said, “Everything should be made as simple as possible. But not simpler”.
So there you have it – a Qtip Skeleton! As Simple as Possible 🙂
