For the LOVE of My Kids (The Quiet Time Mastery Series)

June 3, 2018 by Sarah 8 Comments

I absolutely LOVE spending time with my kids. But I haven’t always …

I actually dread writing this next sentence but …

I actually used to almost hate it.

Doesn’t that sound awful? I have to write it though because I know some of you are right where I was. Some of you are as miserable, as burnt out, and as lonely as I was just a few years ago.

I need you to know you are not alone AND that I can help.

Today I am excitedly launching my, Quiet Time Mastery Series!

The reality is that being home with little ones is very, very draining. As amazing as these tiny humans are and as much as we adore them and love them to the moon – they are demanding and draining!

If you don’t have time for a coffee, to talk on the phone, or have a shower – you are not alone. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

The secret to peaceful days with preschoolers and toddlers! How to establish a rhythm

Today I am launching my new Quiet Time Mastery Series – for the LOVE of our kids! You see, I have found the secret for adoring my time with my little ones. It has been so life changing that I feel this amazing need to share it with everyone I know and meet.

The secret is establishing a rhythm and implementing a Quiet Time.

You don’t need any fancy supplies and you don’t need to adhere to a rigid schedule – or any schedule at all! Creating a rhythm in your household will allow you to accomplish EVERYTHING you need to in a day, have time for yourself, and spend quality, happy time with your little ones.

Are you ready to LOVE your time with your kids? Are you ready to THRIVE?

Get it now!

You CAN be the calm, happy, loving Mom you are in your heart. You WILL BE! This series shows you how.

This series will completely transform your days at home with your little ones. It includes a series of 4 posts:

Everything you need to know about Quiet Time for kids! The step-by-step how to and the best quiet time activities for toddlers and preschoolers too. #toddlers #preschoolers #moms #quiettime #quiet #time

1. How to establish a rhythm at home with your little ones so EVERYONE gets exactly what they need

If you have never heard about establishing a rhythm, this post will be a huge treat for you! A rhythm is so much more than a schedule – it is flexible and flows through all parts of your day, week, and even year. Living by a healthy rhythm makes for a happy life.

2. The Benefits of Quiet Time

Do you feel guilty with the thought of your little one playing on his own while you do something else? I did. But once I started reading and learning about Quiet Time I realised I was doing my children a humongous service by offering them this gift of quiet time. It is a treasured gift to give our children – something to feel amazingly good about. This post is all about those benefits.

3. How to Establish a Quiet Time

The question I get asked the most frequently is HOW to actually set up a quiet time. HOW to actually implement it. And HOW to get little ones to enjoy their quiet times. It IS POSSIBLE! And it is simple. This post is the step-by-step.

4. The Best Quiet Time activities (with no special toys or supplies needed).

Finally, what activities should you offer little ones during their quiet times? Here are my favourites that you already have in the house. No special supplies, just simple and lovely quiet time.

Here is what others are saying:

“I had no idea about rhythm! It was amazing the change in my son once I started focusing on rhythm in our days. He has never been so happy!” Melissa, Mom of 2.

“I ACTUALLY have time in my day now for ME! My kids are happy and calm – and I am too. THANK YOU!” Sara, Mom of twin toddlers.

I just purchased your quiet bin books a week or so ago is there anyway to do the Quiet time mastery series without signing up for the free ebooks since I just purchased them? Thanks for letting me know if that’s an option!

    Hi Sarah,

I just found your website and I was interested in getting the book but the link doesn’t work anymore. It shows the following message:

    Item no longer available
The merchant has deleted the item you are attempting to buy. We recommend you contact the merchant directly to find out if it is still possible to obtain the item.

Would you be able to direct me as to how I can get my hands on this?
