Do you know that Canadian’s talk about weather more often than any other topic? I remember reading that awhile ago and have been acutely aware of my weather chit chat since then. You know what? I completely believe that fact.
I have found myself chatting about weather almost daily. But really it is no wonder. It flips on a dime over here! One day will be so chilly you need a jacket, and the next you will need the sprinkler on just to make it through the day.
We seem to have fully skipped spring this year, going straight from the icy cold winter to the hot summer overnight. Though I am certainly not complaining. After the winter we just had, in this new (old) farmhouse, I will happily take the heat!
I will also happily take all the frozen treats I can to pass those lazy summer afternoons with a smile.
Our Frozen Yogurt Melts recipe has been so popular, I thought I would pull together a few more delicious, frozen, healthy (or at least healthier) summer treats for you. Yes, for you. Though I will happily be trying each and every one out. A few times. For you.
Frozen Yogurt Melts. Two ingredients and ready in 10 minutes – perfect if you are needing something right now!
Frozen Applesauce Popsicles by Mom Dot. Should you happen to have a teething babe, these would be magical.
Frozen Watermelon Popsicles by Hot beauty Health. Watermelon slices on a stick. Cannot wait to try these!!!
Frozen Banana Pops by Fettle Vegan. The endless (delicious) possibilities.
Frozen Yogurt Trail Mix Bars by Mrs. Happy Homemaker. How good do these look? Imagine the look on your little ones face when you give these for an afternoon snack?! Or my face, if you would like to make them for me …
Healthy Ice Cream Sandwiches by Diva’s Can Cook. This one is a video, and I just love the idea! Using yogurt and graham crackers.
Frozen Blueberry Kabobs by One Good Thing by Jillee. Oh that Jillee, always so much more than one good thing …
Fresh Fruit Pops by The Nerds Wife. Why do we need to complicate things? Love the simplicity of this one.
And there you have it. I wasn’t at all hungry when I began writing this post. About half way through I became “snackish” and now I am trying to decide which one I should be making as soon as I type this last sentence.
Which is now. 🙂
Thank you so much for reading. Hope you are having a lovely week!
