Time for some Preschool crafts for Easter! Easter is a great time to do some easy and fun crafts with preschoolers. The snow is melting, and spring is well on its way—and so is that Easter Bunny! I am not sure which one I am more excited about. Well, that’s not true… it is DEFINITELY the melting snow. But my kids? Easter, of course! We have been having so much fun making Easter crafts.

I spent some time going through this big ol’ blog of mine and gathered up all of my favorite preschool crafts for Easter to put in one spot for you. With years and years of writing, I have years and years’ worth of Easter crafts too!

I chose the ones that are adorable and easy, while also being a great and meaningful process for young kids. I hope you love them!

Easter Crafts Full of Sensory Fun for Preschoolers

Easter Egg Potato Stamping! – Potato stamping is one of the most perfect preschool crafts for Easter.  It isn’t very hard to find an egg-shaped potato.  And VOILA – you have a stamp!  Get creative by painting colors ONTO your potato instead of dipping the potato into the paint.  Even have fun etching designs into your potato for a different effect.  Pffft… and you thought potato stamping was for babies…

Textured Bunny Easter Craft – How can we best capture the adorably fluffy squishiness of bunnies through art?  I’m so glad you asked!  Through puffy paint, of course!  Kids of all ages LOVE the sensory experience of puffy paint (white glue and shaving cream).  Your little ones will be so impressed with the puffy, 3D quality of their Easter bunny craft!

Easter Egg Craft with Mess Free Sensory Play – Some of our little ones are simply NOT into the messiness that can come with crafting, and that’s ok!  There is no reason your little one can’t be creative if that’s their situation.  This preschool craft for Easter provides a mess-free sensory experience and allows your little ones to exercise their creative muscles.

Easter Egg Crafts

A Colourful Easter Craft for Kids – Add some color to your life with this fabulously easy Easter egg craft. Your preschooler will love experimenting with colors and patterns and seeing how they turn out hung in the window.  All you need is glue, black paint, markers, and transparent paper (like sheet protectors). 

Easter Egg Crafts from Paper – This gorgeous collection of Easter egg crafts for preschoolers would brighten up any classroom, home, or church!  Little ones can easily make any of these crafts with little assistance, and the best part? Most require three materials or less.

Easter Egg Name Puzzle – Boy, do we love our name puzzles!  Why not add some literacy learning to your crafting with this fun and colorful Easter Egg Name Puzzle?  If you’d like, don’t glue it down and have your child play with it over and over again.  Toss it into a quiet bin if you’d like!

Playdough Decorated Easter Egg – Your preschooler will love decorating a pretend egg with playdough, smashing it up, then trying again with another design.  Get creative while strengthening fine motor skills at the same time!
