We are beginning to move full swing into the holiday season and I have been planning the two weeks we will all be at home. With some down time I thought it would be a great chance to plan a few activities with my little ones, and since I do love all things Waldorf, I thought I would hunt for some Waldorf activities.
I found so many fabulous ideas! I thought I would share a few that I really like, hoping you will too.
We made some constellation cards ourselves a year or two ago, but I think I am going to try to make this constellation book by Keep Moving Forward.
With the long cold winter just around the corner (it is coming, isn’t it?) I know that I am going to have some busy boys bouncing off the walls – I think I am going to make this for our basement. I just love this DIY ladder!
It sure is dark early right now. With the dark arriving well before dinner time, I think this adorable lantern would be put to great use! I love this version by Garden Mama.
I thought we would bring this along as a gift for a special Auntie who loves geology! Aren’t these felted geodes cute? They were made by Living Crafts.
And finally, during any free time I might wind up with, I plan on making these gorgeous Doily wind catchers for my summer garden. And my porch. And some pretty trees. And likely some windows too. How beautiful? This gorgeous wind catcher was created by Pattern Revolution.
There you have our holiday crafting plan! Hopefully we actually accomplish one or two, but a Mama can dream!
Hope you are having a lovely week friends. Thank you for reading!
