A photo on Friday, because sometimes all you need is the picture.
I have a very good friend who cooks very good food. Super healthy food. Food that I would never believe my children would actually eat. But once in awhile – they do!
This breakfast casserole is so very healthy. The main ingredient is spaghetti squash and it is so yummy it reminds me of apple crisp.
There is no sugar, only a pinch of flour, and otherwise just vegetables and fruits combined to make this unbelievable casserole. It crisps up golden and you can serve it in slices. It gets GOBBLED up!
So if you are looking for a kid approved, tried and true healthy meal – this one is for you friends!
You can find the recipe and much better pictures right here on Provincial Paleo. I used the recipe exactly, only substituting nutmeg for the mace (since I didn’t have it). Thank you Rebecca for the recipe!
Happy Friday Friends!

I want to try making it but I am away from home at the moment, but definitely trying it when I get back. I’ll let you know how it goes.
