What better way to welcome spring than with a craft! Spring does typically mean a few rainy days, and crafts on a rainy day are just about perfect. We have some fabulous preschool crafts for spring.

My little guys tend to be nice and stir crazy by the time spring arrives. I am sort of a hibernating type myself in winter, so by the time the spring has arrived it is time my cubs get to venture out once more. For that reason, we have quite a few nature craft ideas here.

A Blossoming Spring Craft for Kids – I love mixing natural and non-natural items when crafting. This preschool craft for spring is a stunning example of how mixing the two can work so well.  This craft is super easy and only requires tissue paper, yarn, sticks and clay or play dough. 

Pretty Paper Cup Flowers – If an event calls for a bouquet, why not make one from painted paper cups? After painting the inside of a few paper cups, cut slits down the sides and – VOILA – opening each side reveals the flower!  Create stems with pipe cleaners and pop them in a vase or give them as a gift!

Spring Tulip Name Puzzle – Name puzzles are a fantastic way of getting preschoolers to become increasingly familiar with their names.  Not only that, but little ones also get to practice using scissors. Now THAT’S a fabulously easy preschool craft for spring!
